Microsoft Teams Meetings: for Desktop or Laptop Computers
Open the meeting invitation email we sent you, and click the "Join Microsoft Teams Meeting" link above our logo.
This will open your computers web browser to start the teams experience
If asked to open Microsoft Teams, click Cancel. Unless you already use the app on your computer.
Please click "Continue on this browser" when asked how you would like to joint the meeting.
Enter your settings and Join the Meeting
Please type in your name, and ensure your video camera and microphone settings are toggled on. They will be purple when on. Click "Join Now" to enter the meeting.
You will enter a waiting room if the meeting has not started. Please wait for us to accept you into the meeting.
Once the meeting starts you will see a live video and audio feed of us.
If you hover your mouse over the video, some controls will appear.
From left to right:
1) Duration of Call
2) Video on/off
3) Microphone on/off
4) Screen Share Button
5) More Actions
6) Raise Hand
7) Show conversation
8) Show Participants
9) End Call
Microsoft Teams Meetings: for Smartphones, Tablets, or Other
Open the meeting invitation email we sent you on your device, and click the "Join Microsoft Teams Meeting" link above our logo.
This will open the Microsoft Teams app on your device if you already have it. If you do not, your device should prompt you to download the app. Once the app is downloaded, please reopen the email and click the "Joint Microsoft Teams Meeting" link again.
Microsoft Teams will ask you how to join. Please click "Join as Guest", unless you have a Microsoft Teams account.
Enter your name, and click "Join Meeting"
You will be connected to the meeting waiting room, and the meeting host will admit you once ready to begin the meeting. Once the meeting starts you will see a live video and audio feed of us. Please ensure your video and microphone are on, so that we can see and hear you as well.
Touching the bottom of the screen will bring up 5 controls. From left to right:
1) Video on/off
2)Microphone on/off
3) Volume
4)More Controls
5) End Call
